Ansari, Asrar (Az) Karim P.Eng. passed away June 10, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. Az is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sharon, son, Faiz, daughter, Sofia, grandaughter, Tazleen (the joy of his life), sisters, Adil, Shireen and brother Babu and many extended family around the world. There will be a graveside service June 28, 2017 at 1:00pm at the North Vancouver Cemetery immediately followed by a reception at the West Vancouver Field Hockey Clubhouse at Hugo Ray Park. Az was the founding President of the West Vancouver Field Hockey Club and enjoyed many years coaching and playing both hockey and squash. In lieu of flowers, the Ansari family requests donations be made to the B.C. Children's Hospital. Az always said that "Children are Life". He will be sorrowfully missed.
