Obituary for Liliana Ristack
RISTACK, Liliana
May 19, 1948 – August 27, 2016
In loving memory of our sister, aunt, and sister-in-law, Liliana Ristack, who passed away peacefully at Lions Gate Hospital on August 27th, 2016. Lili is survived by her loving and devoted siblings, sisters Albina and Gina, brothers Armand and Fred; her nieces and nephews, Sohrab, Soheila, Samira, Christopher, Anthony, Adriano, Rachelle, Etienne, Paul, and Fabio; as well as many family and dear friends. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Etienne and Digranouhi. Liliana's amazing life was born in Tehran, Iran, and in 1981 she arrived to Vancouver where she spent her beautiful life surrounded by her family and many friends. Lili had a strong faith in God, a passion for life, and an aura of beauty that will last forever. She will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be held at St. Anthony's Parish, 2347 Inglewood Ave, West Vancouver, on Thursday, September 8th at 10:30 am. The service will be followed by a procession to Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby. Afterwards, there will be a reception in Liliana's memory at Hollyburn Country Club, 950 Cross Creek Rd, West Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made online to the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation - Donate in Tribute to Liliana Ristack, or donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital - stjude.org
