Condolence: My condolences to the family. I had not seen him for a number of years, but our friendship goes back to playing on the wheelchair sports' 'murderball' team representing B.C. in National Games across Canada. 'Bruce' as we knew him then along with Julian Wedge who passed away before Kymm, were instrumental in leading us to a number of victories. Kymm was good company and very independent as an able quadriplegic. I wished I had known about her change as I would have visited her. Good memories and unfortunate end to her life. Sincerely, Merle Smith.

Condolence: My heartfelt condolences for the loss of Kymm. We were the best of friends in the early days post injury; doing the spring tours for wheelchair sports. Many stories are remembered from those times. One being he was never without his water bottle or canteen, S fellow athlete took a drink from it and starting choking. We all thought perhaps Bruce was putting vodka rather than water in the containers. He wasn't but was very funny. Also remember when he lived in his van. Rest in Peace Kymm and Abby, I will miss you and always remember you with fondness, Patrick Madsen
